Athar Aamir, IAS (AIR 2, CSE 2015) in conversation with Success Guru AK Mishra discussed essay writing tips for Civil Services Mains Examination. He said writing practice is very important part of preparation. However, one can get enough material and knowledge for essay writing from GS papers, optional paper and current events. He also asserted that understanding of the topic is very important and candidates should be confined and keep their focus on the crux of the topic. He also suggested aspirants to make a framework by writing major points and outlines which is very crucial in order to stay confined to the topic.
