To score high on the IELTS and TOEFL essay, you are required to be able to demonstrate more than just a strong sense of English grammar and vocabulary; you will also need to show the graders that you understand the task as it is presented and that you are capable of forming a clear answer to it. Remember, this is a crucial factor in the Task Completion portion of the score.
In this video, we look at three sample tasks and sample introductions to two of these (a yes or no question, and two agree or disagree questions) sent in by your peers.
